Monday 30th September we were guest at Cuccovillo Technical Institute in Bari. It is a training school which represents an important reference point in mechanical/mechatronics training, thanks to its ability to supply competences and job opportunities. It is a prestigious reality which set up several training programs, some of which have become a virtous model for other Regions.
The meeting had the goal to lay the foundation of a new partership. In the morning, Francesca, from Talent Acqusition Office, introduced our firm and described all the initiatives addressed to our People Design’s employees.
The introduction ended with Simone’s story, a young mechanical designer who told his experience, showing a concrete example of professional path in the firm. It was an important moment of confrontation during which students paid attention and curiosity to our working life.
