I have been a People Design consultant since 2015. The last 5 years have been for me the confirmation of having made the right choice! In fact, a few weeks before graduation, I had an interview for a company in the city of Turin, I would have started collaborating with them about ten days after my graduation. But something led me to continue my search, I didn’t stop. Immediately after graduation, I had an interview with People Design and something magical happened, the approach and the opportunities offered led me to abandon my initial idea and accept the new challenge that was offered to me. Why did I choose People Design? Mainly for 3 reasons:

• the opportunity for a stimulating job with prospects for greater professional growth;
• the possibility of collaborating with important customers;
• the attention that the company shows towards its employees

I can confidently say I made the right choice! During these years I have grown a lot from a professional point of view: I was lucky enough to work for leading companies in the automotive sector and follow internal projects of great value.

For example, one of my first experiences at the headquarters was a project carried out for an Italian manufacturer of luxury cars, I had the opportunity to acquire knowledge on innovative materials, I followed and learned the process of manufacturing carbon components for a production car. 

Thanks to other experiences with important customers, I have also learned to know the internal dynamics of structured companies and, specifically, to relate to various groups and entities to manage very different problems. I also increased my organisational skills by managing the work and acquiring the knowledge of the layout of a Formula 1 single-seater. People Design reciprocates the passion and skills of its collaborators by offering great opportunities for professional growth and their skills in different fields of mechanics.
