My adventure with People Design began in mid-2011. After the preliminary training period, the opportunity arose to work as a designer within a multinational that deals with the design and manufacture of extractor hoods. I have worked as a consultant in this company for almost two years. It was a very stimulating experience from a working point of view, I had the opportunity to create new models and to acquire specific skills thanks to the continuous exchange of know-how with the Design Center Manager and the various company Project Managers. At the end of this experience, in 2013, a new opportunity arose: the collaboration with a consultancy company in Modena specialised in the automotive sector. It was an important moment that profoundly marked my professional career.

I worked for about 5 years with this company, initially dealing with the design of a new agricultural vehicle. In recent years, I have had the opportunity to follow the planning and management of activities, control and closure of projects.

For about a year I have been working for a company that deals with the production of components for earthmoving machinery and tractors.

In 2019 I dealt with the three-dimensional modeling and drafting of components and functional groups, as well as the entire layout of the tractors. This is a work of precision and great organization that requires the need to follow predefined constraints: low construction, ease of assembly by line operators that take into account previous experience.

In light of my experience, I can say that entering People Design means being part of a family. The possibility of professional growth is concrete and attention to the employee is also focused on constant training opportunities. I am happy with my choice, thanks People Design for the opportunities that have been offered to me!
